A Letter

2:11

#school #streets #tale

You can't send your children to the same school
To which you went too
Because if you do, they'll turn out like you
The bakery sign says, that's not a public way
It only leads to that bakery

Today I took a walk, which I seldom do
I went to the post office, wanting to post
A letter
But the post office was closed until three
So I looked around the houses, the streets and the green

And I continued to see you, in every place
A dark haired woman, dressed in black
But it never was you, no it never was you
But still all my hope couldn't fail to show me
Your picture in every scene

I searched through a riverbook, I looked up a tale
It managed to set your side all in flames
